Query parameters

• all_quizzes - Whether to return all quizzes(eg. for a Course ID to return all Course, Lessons and Topics quizzes

• certificate_earned - Quiz Certificate earned or not

• course - Course ID or "current" for current course

• enrolled - Current user is enrolled
